Thought for the day: The cure for insomnia

You know, if you are anything like me…and suffer from some form of insomnia that makes you get on average about 4 hours of sleep a night…I may have found the cure!

Last night I had a family dinner with some of my course mates to whom I love so dearly.

It was a great night of friends, pizza, and the key item in my sleeping….wine.

Yup, to myself last night…I had almost an entire bottle of wine. Not intentionally, just happened that way.

After hours of laughs and stories…we finally called it a night and went home.

When I got home I skyped a bit…then my tipsy-ness turned into exhaustion. So, I climbed into bed…and BAM! I was out like a light!

I don’t remember the last time I slept that soundly for 12 hours. It was absolutely glorious!

So, if you can’t sleep… due to whatever the case may be…

Too much on your mind…

Drama…issues…I don’t really know…

Here is the quick fix.

Go buy yourself a bottle of wine.

Drink it ALL…and then TAH-DUH! You will sleep like a baby. 🙂
